Secure Folder

Hello

I have a alot of files in my secure folder of family videos, they are from the camera. I have a back up on google but not so great as ran out of space. So I need space on my phone for holiday so I thought I transfer them out and back up on pc but while transferring the videos disappeared. 

So either I want to find them and back up or delete as my files still look like they are taking space. I can't access the files at all in either my files or secure folder. And I did try restart but also delete folder that gave me option to move the files out but left phone unattended and no idea what error came ad still can't see files anywhere. Just My files and loads of storage used for other??

Any idea?

Hi, can you remember which location the videos were moved to when it prompted you?

Check under Videos in Samsung files. Check any cloud accounts too.

Yea, so only a few files got transferred to the folder I specified on the internal nand. Not all of them there, though. As they are backed up elsewhere, any way to delete at least? Think newest files I didn't transfer to secure folder.

The secure folder files. Some show up in my files rest don't but under storage management looks like files are hidden on my phone.

Has your secure folder been removed now, or can you still access it?

Can't see files on my files or secure folder. Tried restart then stupidly tried deleting secure folder. When I did that the number of files looked right for transfer to my files but didn't show up. Then did app un install and then nothing in secure after reinstall. At this point want to delete files as taking space on phone that i can't access.

Secure Folder had 500gb plus of videos. That's disappeared, only 23gb shows in my files. "Other" files is massive, is that the files I'm looking for??

I had a look at manage. Videos and pictures are at top quality. Think one football game of kids was 1gb plus alone. Can't find that now.
