Screen swipe capture

I know there are other threads like this. 

I'll give up after this. 

Screenshot by swiping hand across doesn't work. I have tried disabling and enabling the feature. I have made sure special access to Samsung Capture is enabled. I have asked technical support. 

I know there are other ways to do a screenshot. I want to use the feature as advertised. It works for some but not others. 

Is there a real solution, yes or no?

This is primarily a community site, and there are mods on here who can direct and assist but support is usually your best bet.

We do have some smart folk on here who find a fix and willing to share

Hi and thanks, but I've lost the will to live regarding this issue. It's a brand new phone and I shouldn't be having these hassles.

I'll live without the palm swipe.

If none of the possible fixes work hopefully techhnical support may finally have an answer, otherwise there are other methods meantime.

Yes exactly,  I've put screenshot on the side panel. Not as good as advertised though.
