How do I open my "open" apps from the home screen when using Swipe Gestures?

With buttons, you would press the left button... but how to i open my open apps? It just opens my samsung Pay.

I found it – Just Swipe from the sides of the bottom of the screen and not the centre.

It's done be swipping anywhere along the bottom, even the middle, but holding your drag for a moment.
