Samsung won't send email with update on my watch 6 claim

I pre ordered the s24u on 24th of January to qualify for the double storage and free smart watch 6

I applied for the promotion when I got my handset on the 25th of January, everything seemed fine, they sent a confirmation message saying it was successful with a reference number...trouble is when u go to the "check status of my claim" part it refuses to send me the email with the 6 security numbers...can't get through to anyone on the phone.

Any suggestions or a different number to try?

Same issue for me. I found a way around it by using the original tracking email they sent me with the claims tracking link. Searching for tracking claims doesn't send me the verification email.

Thanks guys, tried the link and it worked but showed as if there was no claim ...after a few emails they sorted it out and said it should be at my house for 11th of this month

My claim also says the March 11th as the deadline. 

Having bought the S24+ in Jan 25th this is a abnormally long wait time. 

I called Samsung last week to complain about this. 

Not happy at all.

Yeah they just do everything to get as many pre orders in as possible then worry about sending them out .. though could be worse, apple would sell the cameras separately if they could, zero free promos from them lol

When I bought a Pixel it came with a Google Watch in 2022.

I got the Watch within 10 days. 

Its nearly 45 days and nothing from Samsung.

I also pre ordered the s24 ultra from samsung shop before the release date and submitted every document needed. I was emailed that i will receive the giftwatch by March 6th but it's past the date and i haven't received anything. All i see is whenever i check my status is "Reward still processing"
