If your Samsung Wallet isn't working on your S24 Ultra, it could be because your phone is either not from the correct region, has a different country-specific firmware (CSC). You could try using Google wallet.

If you can't use samsung wallet it might be due to phone was imported from different country and therefore samsung wallet won't work.

Use Google wallet as alternative as @Fiona26 mentioned.
