Samsung S24 Ultra

Does any one know why my screen resalution is only at 1080x2340. I fear I have a fake as soon as I turned it on I knew my S22 looked better but then realised it should be the otherway around. Also it's doesn't have a 5G antenna on the side and I have been told it should have can anyone help

Hey there and welcome to the Samsung UK and EU Community Customer to Customer Forum

In settings, go to display, screen resolution and change to WQHD+ to get the highest display level.

Note this will use a little more battery.

Do you know if it should have a 5G antenna on the sides I've seen alot of YouTube videos about them having a antenna at the side. Alot are US thank you for the reply

If you talking about mmWAWE 5G antena it's for US market.

@vinnydmh: While I'm not certain where the 5G antenna is housed in the Galaxy S24 Ultra, please note that it is an internal component, and will not be visible on the exterior of the device.
