Hello guys I have set up my s24ultra but they are not allowing me the register my device , can anyone steer me In the direction of registering my device please

When you say registering, I'm assuming you mean to your network provider? Do you have a sim in there?

Yes, I am the same. I got the s24, and like you, it's saying no device found when I try to clink on Disney

Hey folks

If you are trying to take advantage of the 12 months Disney+ offer, you need to go to Samsung Wallet, select Disney+ and follow the instructions from there.

Hi Piper123. I had a look at wallet but nothing there on my s24  about Disney.  Where are clicking on to

I did tonight myself. From Samsung Wallet, select Menu (bottom right( then select Promotions.

Select Disney+ and you'll be shown your code. Click on the link to Disney+ and register a new account if you haven't used it before or log in if you have.

You'll be offered the 12 months and you'll need to put card details in for month 13 onwards (you can cancel anytime).

Do you mean through your carrier? I received my unlocked S24 ultra and tried to get my carrier- Straight talk to register the phone on the network but they couldn't recognize my Imei number. I tried to register it myself also from the Straight talk website but I had the same issue. I was told to call back in 24 hours for them to try to connect via e-sim. I hope that it works because I have to return my trade in phone within 15 days...
