Samsung Promotion not received

Hi have any one received the galaxy watch as part of S24 series promotions. Mine was supposed to be sent by march 14 and now it's showing still processing.

When can we expect the watch?

It's been 50 days now for me since Jan 26th and they said 45 days... seriously rubbish 🗑 😑 ain't holding my breath 😒

I had given up too but few days ago I looked at the promotions and found the £30 voucher show up

I didn't say they had been delivered.

Regulars on this forum have seen many many posts on this subject hence my tongue in cheek comment.

For myself, I ordered my S24 Ultra direct from Samsung, followed the correct process and included the code on the promotions tab in my device order and my watch came with my device.

Mine was due to be sent out by the 11th of march but was delayed and has now finally been sent out yesterday and i have recieved conformation from royal mail that i will recieve the watch on monday morning. So hopefully you should get your confirmation next week as your claim was approved 3 days after mine
