What troubleshooting steps have you taken thus far ?
i.e clearing the apps in question cache and data or the more broad sworded option of clearing the phone's System Partition Cache Files Section.
Daily Driver > Samsung Galaxy s²⁵ Ultra 512Gb ~ Titanium Black.

Open the samsung internet app, Go to settings, Uninstall updates.
You'll be using a little older version of samsung internet, but everything plays fine.
