Ah, I get you.  I don't have a transparent backed case though, so that isn't really a issue for me.

I've gone for the S24 Plus (Marble Grey). Upgraded to the 512GB. The delivery date estimated is 19th Feb and I was able to bag the watch, trading my S21 Ultra so getting an additional £290 off, and 5% discount for purchasing from the Samsung Shop app for the first time.

Extremely pathetic service by Samsung, I am also stuck, pre order showing preparing for dispatch and next says get by 9th Feb 😡

I'm really annoyed with Samsung. I ordered an s24 ultra 1tb evening of 18th January and my partner ordered the exact same spec phone 24 hours later. They had an email on Saturday saying phone will be delivered today. So they ordered later than me yet they've got their phone before me. Samsung say they can't help. My order still says order accepted. Why are they not processing orders in which people have made them, I paid on my card as well and the money has left my account. Fuming with them.

Is it also the same colour ? My understanding is that there is a shortage of some colours in some configurations. So while your partner may have ordered the same spec phone a different colour can make a difference. I have also seen theories on this forum saying that those with trade-ins etc are delayed vs those that paid cash for the full amount but i don't see the logic in this.

Very nearly ordered the pixel 8 pro... Then this won me over. Now debating cancelling. Especially as they gonna charge for ai come end of 2025.

I know what you mean. I did look around as well and i am locked in because of the great pre-order deal I got. Nothing else is working out that cheap hence not cancelling and reordering the 512 version either as despite the downgrade i will be paying more for it. However, if they delay shipping again I will cancel and stick with the s22u I have.

Makes sense I'm on a note 8 so a well needed replacement. So annoyed though I go on holiday 12th Feb so I wanted to have it by then.
