So its the 25th and I still dont have a mail from DPD despite samsung saying they would deliver today. It is cruel and unprofessional on samsungs part. I can understand delays but not poor communication

That's horrible, I honestly feel that with my live chat experiences, this year has been an actual mess for the S24 pre-orders because everywhere you look you get a different response. Seems I got lucky and it's coming today but they shouldn't have mailed that to you if they can't fulfil that promise.

yeah i agree...They sent me a mail this morning saying that its now delayed to 08/02. Should have just bought the 512 GB instead of the 1 tb

Have some of you been told that you're going to have a leg amputated or have you simply heard that your new mobile phone delivery has being put back a few days? The use of the words 'cruel' and 'horrible' is frankly pathetic.

Sorry mate we don't conform to your high standards. But it is cruel and horrible for a company to take your money make promises and not deliver on them leaving you with no recourse.

I’ve cancelled my order for the 1TB model. 19/02 is too long to wait. Ordered 512gb grey for delivery tomorrow (hopefully). Lost out on the £50 voucher and free case\screen protector and ended up paying slightly more but wanted it sooner rather than later. Samsung chat is a joke. Will be doing an official complaint after I’ve received the phone.

I wouldn't hold your breath on getting the 512Gb by tomorrow, as I ordered mine on the 18th for delivery today and it has been pushed back to the 9th Feb. 4 times I've waited in the live chat queue from position 170+, only to have the conversation closed as soon as I hit the front of the queue. Frustrated doesn't come close!!

Don’t get me started on their abysmal chat service. Order has progressed to confirmed so fingers crossed. Will keep you all updated. If this gets pushed back into Feb then will be cancelling again.
