They cant be going in order as my partner got the exact same spec and colour phone before mine. He got his on Monday and I'm still waiting for mine. I ordered the 18th he ordered on the 19th.

My S24 Plus arrived yesterday, pre ordered on 18 January. It was supposed to be 512GB upgrade but on setting it up this morning I find I have been sent a 256GB version. Anyone else had this problem?

I checked my order status and now the get by date is of tomorrow but no update from DPD yet. Checked the app as well and nothing yet. Hopefully i will hear something at some point today.

When the offer said upgrade it meant they were offering the higher version for the price of the lower version. So essentially when placing the order if you wanted 512 you had to add a 512 GB version to the basket its just that the price of it would be the same as a 256. If you selected a 256GB at check out unfortunately that is what you will get they are only going to send you the exact colour and spec you added to your basket and checked out with.

So, here we go again....
Ordered S24 Ultra 1TB in black on the 18th Jan 2024.
Earliest delivery offered was Friday 9th Feb, I went for Sat 10th so someone would be home to accept it.
Now, reading back on this and other threads I'm honestly wondering if it's even going to turn up or am I headed for a repeat of the S21 Ultra debacle which went on for 3 months and ended up getting cancelled because they had sold out....

Yes, I now realise that, my mistake! Not too concerned as 256 will be plenty for me, need to  read more carefully in future!

Finally got the DPD email at 8:45PM so hopefully it arrives tomorrow as planned.

So its out for delivery and should be here in the next 1 hour. I am quite surprised that they're delivering on a sunday. Also my parcel was picked up from Samsung by DPD at close to 11PM so sounds like their logistics is up and running 24x7
