Am I the only one not too excited for the S25 series? Idk Either im loving the S24 Ultra to really noticed the S25 or its just not catching my attention. I know it's releasing soon but ehhhh idk

It does. Plus we have 7 years of updates to enjoy on the S24 so we won't miss anything

Often it just doesn't make sense, either financially, or with specifications, to change every year.

Usually you need to have skipped a year or two to benefit from the technological advances. And obviously with the support extensions these days up to 7 years (as you have with the s24u), then even less so.

My regime usually looks towards alternate years upgrading... usually enough changes to justify it better.

I have the S23u which is a fantastic phone, but I will be in the market for an upgrade this year to s25u. However I will judge the unpacked official data and specs and decide from there.

Preorder deals are usually good... but also sometimes it is wise to avoid the mayhem and upgrade mid-season in the summer months... the device has had a time to mature by then 👍😉

I am quite excited by unpacked as it is my 2 year cycle time.

I think you may be wise to wait and see what is the improvements. Although by now and this close to release the 'leaks' are usually pretty accurate now.

Aside it being slightly more powerful I've seen nothing worth noting from the S25

It's natural to be interested  / excited or in your case not in a new soon to be launched phone especially if tech of this sort interests a person. 

The need or want for a new phone can really depend on whether your a phone person ,which means you'll just buy the next new phone ,or if your contract is due to be up soon or not ,or on the present condition of the phone your using. 

I too own the Samsung Galaxy s²⁴ Ultra and I'm still interested in the next new phone even though this phone, and the Samsung Galaxy s²³ Ultra I also own are both pristine, and working seamlessly. 

Going from the current rumours the Samsung Galaxy s²⁵ Ultra is going to be an incremental upgrade for those using the s²⁴ Ultra,  but potentially a bigger step up for those using an older Samsung phone. 

I'll be personally making my own decision once the Unpacked Event is completed and I can see YouTube reviews and get my hands on one in a Highstreet Store to test out.

If you do pick up an S25 Let me know how you've been enjoying it. I plan to stay on the S24 Ultra however if the jump is worth it even for me on the S24 I'll look further more and make the jump.

I usually always get the newest samsung phone but not having the s25 ultra. I love my s24 ultra too much. Plus, the s25 ultra looks horrible 😆

Not sure it will even be worth 'upgrading' from an S23 Ultra to an S25 !
