Maybe this is a me problem but i got a new phone Galaxy S24, I enabled the Google assistant feature, logged into my google acct, even downloaded the app it asked me to download, and enable location services. So i say "Hey Google" the assistant pops up i say "find my phone" and instead of ringing and showing me location services it says "This is the only cell phone i can find linked to your google acct." has anyone had this issue or know how to fix this, ive gone to the cell phone store, and geek squad no of which helped although they tried someone PLEASSEEE.

Hello @Neecy and may I extend a Warm Welcome to the Samsung Community Forum 👋

When you say " Hey Google " you may then need to ask it to find your exact name of your phone.

i.e

I would say " Hey Google find my Samsung Galaxy s²⁴ Ultra phone  "

It should then ask which phone you'd like it to call.

If i can be of any further help please don't hesitate to ask  😎

Daily Driver > Samsung Galaxy s²⁵ Ultra 512Gb ~ Titanium Black.

The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.
I'm here to help. " This is the way. "

Hi.

I maybe wrong.

But you can't ask the assistant to find or ring the phone when you are actually using it .

It normally works if you have other phones or devices connected to the same google account.

I hope that makes sense.

To add maybe log into your google account on a PC and then ask it to find your phone or ring from there and that should work

Unless you put your phone on silent or vibrate, in which case you may not hear it.

I use my smart tag2 to find my phone all the time as I always put it somewhere and have phone mostly on vibrate. With the Smarttag2 to find my phone it overrides the silent and vibrate and rings out
