S24Ultra Camera Help

Morning folks, when I take photos on my s24 they don't seem as clear as others I see on here. 

My new phone comes as an upgrade for s20ultra, and there was one mode the full megapixel and you couldn't print that type of file, so want to avoid using that if this has one.

If anyone has a good video or website they can link me just to show me how to make best use of the camera. (I have looked myself but seems to be an absolute minefield out there) I found the portrate mode yesterday and was taking some great photos, but the it was either too far away or too close haha
