Also, go to Display > Screen resolution > QHD.
Motion smoothness: Standard.
These are my personal settings. I also always have Eye Comfort Shield turned on.

Hello 👋 @Vetri
It's personal choice.
Some like vibrant and some like Natural.
My phone's are set to Natural and QHD+
Daily Driver > Samsung Galaxy s²⁵ Ultra 512Gb ~ Titanium Black.
The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.
I'm here to help. " This is the way. "

My own display settings is
Adaptive brightness - on
Dark mode - on
Eye comfort shield- on
Motion smoothness - adaptive
Screen mode - vivid
Screen resolution - QHD+
Also you can try to play with colour pallet in settings > wallpaper and style > colour pallet turn it pick any colour you like press apply and disable colour pallet and see if it helps.

Hi @Vetri
This is a good one. I do not think there are best settings for the display. It is so personal, depends on how we perceive motion and colour. We had endless posts at release time about the natural/vivid display.
I like the natural look.
Light mode,
Adaptive brightness
Motion smoothness adaptive
Eye comfort shield and Adaptive colour tone off.
Screen mode natural, ( very little different between natural and vivid if vivid is on default settings, to see a marked difference on vivid, check advance settings and increase vividness)
Screen resolution QHD+
