Despite several attempts to register my two-finger print and my facial print nothing works and in addition it took me many hours more than 24 hours to succeed in recovering the data from my old S10
obviously the phone has a big problem what should I do for
and there are even in addition the passwords which are not recognized that I have to retype several times before they are taken into account
So What a deal?

Is there a screen protector on? Where/who did you obtain the phone from
