Hello.
I recently got my self a brand new s24 ultra.
Im using ee network and in my room I have 2 bars of signal speaking of service.
When comparing to my partner z fold 6 , she is getting full bars with same network in the same spot.
Just want to know if that means there is something wrong with my phone or I should not worry.
Just to add Its a new sim card.

Hey @Hepsonnn
I can appreciate you wanting to be assured of the signal your currently experiencing.
If you make a call or use mobile data what js the service like 🤔
Remember the status indicator is just that an indicator and isn't 100% accurate.
The new sim card and connection to the network may just be settling in.
You can reset the network settings in Settings > General Management > Reset > Reset Network Connections > Soft reboot by turning the phone Off and On.
If i can be of any further help please don't hesitate to ask 😎

The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.
