S24 Ultra Uk Bootloader unlocked/rooted when i bought it

Can anyone help as i am very new to all this and cant get a single flash file for the official firmware or frija or odin to work (and believe me i've tried) and i cant get hold of the twerp who sold me the phone like this but i would really like to fix this issue and use official software to enable updates etc? Any help would be greatly appreciated. My  model is SM-S928B/DS  and i wouldlove to be able to use both my giffgaff and vodafone sims in but i can omly find uk versions for EE (which still cant get to work anyway) so its not even funny! Surely samsung must be able to rectify this issue for customers ?

Ideally take it to a samsung shop and have them do it. If you're decent with a computer, you can probably flash an official firmware back onto it using odin. This will void any warranty and could damage the device if done incorrectly but it's what the Samsung store would do anyway.

There's a website where you can download the firmware, program to do this with instructions. Though a samsung store is the safest option

Im afraid Samsung won't get involved with devices that have been customised.
I would recommend returning for a refund normally. But if you cannot contact the seller. Then your options are limited.
If you paid by credit card, then it's possible to get a financial compensation through this route. Depending on on the purchase arrangements.

Unfortunately buying from unrecognised sources is a minefield and you take your chances. Sadly on this occasion it sounds like you have been duped.

If you purchased through a site like eBay. You can try contacting them to see if you can get some help.

Please install SmartSwitch (SS) on a Windows or Apple laptop/worktop and try to update the firmware that way. SS should detect the the model number of the phone and try to update to the latest available firmware.
