Hello @Wrightacus and may I extend a Warm Welcome to the Samsung Community Forum Section for Uk and Eu Members.
May I ask who supplied your phone i.e a network, Samsung directly or a reseller ?
Have you perhaps tried Samsung SmartSwitch via a Computer.
Sometimes trying a different network sim card to the network your using now can instigate an update.

I've got the same issue with my S24 plus. It's just not finding any updates. Your model is UK version, don't worry. My phone was direct from Samsung and I think the models that end in B are for Europe. My last 4 samsungs have their model numbers end in B.

Ok, I just sorted mine. I restarted it in safe mode, then checked for updates and it came up with a message saying "system configuration update required" and then I had to restart. Once I restarted and checked for other updates it started to download the lastest one which I think is UI 6.1.1
Note, make sure system configuration update is selected to on:
Connections>>More connection settings

I recently bought s24 ultra from backmarket. It was a US version in excellent condition. Now I am stuck with July update. And even samsung members app is not working anymore. Its unlocked to all networks. Don't know what to do here.
