S24 ultra screen issue, help!

24 ultra screen bug, glitch, brightess issue. It happens with dark grey colors, do your phones do the same? Here is the video, it happens when I change the brightess level, at a specific level you can clearly see the bright spot at the right side (which is the bottom), do you think this is a defective screen? If you perform a forum search you should find existing threads with some further help within.  

If you feel there is an issue with the display panel then first send feedback via your Samsung Members App to see what they say. 

And or seek support from a Samsung Service Centre or the merchant who supplied your phone.

Hi and thanks for the answer, I already contacted customer service but there was no clear answer, all they told me to do was a screen test through the service menu,  all I need to know is if the rest of the phones have the same behavior before contacting the store, does your phone do the same? It would really help me confirm it is a defect of my device, thanks!

Unless it's affecting your daily usage I wouldn't bother about it too much.

The s24 ultra has new screen tech with less reflective screen and it has had its fair share of issues as a first gen screen .

Mine has the banding issues on grey videos or backgrounds otherwise it doesn't bother me.

So if you feel it's not up to your mark maybe get it checked at a Samsung store.

Thanks! I don't think is a big issue but I just wanted to compare it with other phones to see if it is hardware or software related, could you see if your phone does the same thing please? Thank you

Hi..I can't really see the bright sport on either your video or on my device.

It does have a barn door effect like a vignette while increasing the brightness and lowering it.
Similar while zooming with the camera.

As I said . I personally don't bother with such things as then you keep looking for them and spoil your overall experience with the phone.

I totally agree that for expensive phones like these. Quality should be paramount.

And if it affectsyour daily experience it should be looked at and sorted.
