Hi guys, I'm on EE and yet to receive the update. 😫 I've been trying every day since the lunch, has anybody else been having this trouble? If so can you let me know please. #OnUI6.1.1update

But acording to the website 6.1.1 os also for the S24 ultra as well. As the S24 ultra in USA have 6.1.1 update on there phones

It is not.

Your S24 Ultra will still show 6.1.

6.1.1 is for the Foldables only. There are dozens of posts and comments about this
