Hi guys, I'm on EE and yet to receive the update. 😫 I've been trying every day since the lunch, has anybody else been having this trouble? If so can you let me know please. #OnUI6.1.1update

Is the phone from EE? If it is then it's a handset that was made specifically for EE and has a different model number to handsets direct from Samsung. I am on EE but my S24 Ultra is direct from Samsung and I had the update on the 9th.

There are quite alot of ongoing recent threads in regards to the recent news update, and in regards to how Samsung send out these updates. 

Hopefully by now you will have or be soon to recieve this software update.

@Everyone Hi guys I finally got the update on EE, you just have to keep trying several times a day. I got the update last night. 🎉🎉

I got an update on Sep 10th, but still showing UI 6.1 .  I thought it would have been 6.1.1 but nope.

It's 6.1.1 for the Z series ( Foldables ). S series it's just 6.1
