Why I am still stuck at July update ?? End of Nov '24..

Did you buy your phone directly from Samsung or through a cellular service provider (ee, O2, vodafone...)?
If bought directly, you should have gotten the update already if you are in the UK.
If through a service provider, it may take some time, and you are better off contacting them 😊

I too am on that. I bought mine direct from Samsung UK and it is EUX software version.

But it's ok as my watch is on the November update. 😂

Have you tried to do update via Smartswitch whilst connecting to a laptop?

If got directly from Samsung and in the country it's was purchased in, you should have got many updates by now

Had the exact same problem, Samsung refuse to acknowledge that there's a problem, which tells you all you need to know about the brand... You will need to use Odin if you want the newest update.

I've just had a service provider update. Did that and on restart I got the November update.
