Received the new phone and I almost love it. It's a pity the whole buying experience was spoiled by the customer sales team, who seem to be programmed to be unhelpful with what essentially is a small error.

But I'm not prepared to continue wasting energy arguing a lost cause with intransigent agents. Samsung means three stars. Sadly, I wouldn't give that rating. I'll have to put up with half the desired memory I wanted. A simple solution would be to exchange the handset and I'd pay that little bit more. But that was too simple.

@Ginsing64  pity you did not have a great experience, glad you are happy with the S24 Ultra though. can you explain the specific issue with purchasing?

The sales team is not the best, which is a pity even when you're trying to correct a simple error and pay more. You can't contact anyone for assistance unless you're willing to give up a huge amount of time and energy on hold. Really disappointing a delivery poor attitude.
