Hi,
Smartphone S24 Ultra
if I click on google gallery it works fine.
If I click from the camera to see the last photos taken, it doesn't work.

thanks

Clicking from the camera straight after taking a shot, points to the phones internal storage where the photo is stored, so you should see it no problem. Do you also use Samsung gallery, and is that set up to sync to Microsoft OneDrive account.

Yes, the image you see in that circle points to your internal storage. Can you open Samsung file manager and navigate to Internal Storage>DCIM>Camera. Do you see your photos in there?

Also can you reset your camera settings. Open the camera. Click on the cog wheel to get into its settings. Scroll down to Reset settings and tap on it. Tap reset.

You can also try deleting the data and cache from the camera app. Settings>apps. Scroll down to Camera and tap on it. Scroll down to Storage and tap on it. Tap Clear data and same for cache.

Hi, yes I see the photos in the folder.
I had already reset to factory settings (app CAMERA) and cleared both cache and data. ☹️

it doesn't work
