S24 Ultra front camera night problems

Selfie camera is horrible at night. And with enough light too, i am not talking about low light.

People in selfies are out of focus, blurry, you can not take a sharp and decent photo. 

This is not ok, for a flagship 1000e+ this is unnaceptable in 2024.

Seems like night mode where a warm colored circle pops up and you wait 3 seconds - you cannot take a decent selfie.

Please fix it in the upcoming update, this is just silly.

Well fingers crossed 🤞. August seems to be month of abundance hopefully.

Camera updates, possible 6.1.1 software update. The one UI 7 beta trial and so on.

Don't shoot the messenger though.😅

Not shooting the messenger, but trying to get clarity. As a generously paying customer, (S21u, S22u, S23u, S24U, S Pen Pro, Buds Pro 1 and 2, multipirt Adapter, Galaxy watch Pro 4 and 5) i expect to be served and supported in exchange for my money.

This is not some budget phone, but a flagship one. And an expensive one as well.

I have an awful blueish/gray on part of the night photos I just took. A new problem and not acceptable with a $1600 phone!

@ER16 Agree, on cheap phones its fine, because they are cheap, corners are cut to make it cheap, its vheap for a reason, but on a premium flagship everything must be perfect for release date.

Hi, I have the same issue, every time I take a night picture of the moon or nature the lightning is bad. 

 

 this was taken using my samsung s24 plus. I need help fixing this.
