S24 ultra fast charging not working

So im having this issue with my s24 ultra i just got the phone a few months ago fast charge stop working last week then the phone shows that the cable is been disconected and the usb device is not supported allready call costumer support erased cache partition even factory data reset (thinking that the new update from july 22 was the issue) nothing worked now the phone only takes charge from one side of the charging port(slow charge 2.5 hrs to charge) no damage or liquid got into the phone???

UPDATE phone needs a new charhing port as i was told by a shop (by samsung recomendation) the chargin port is faulty only takes slow charge whole board with charging port is been ordered hope this will fix the issues

You sure it's not the charger that is damaged or the cable?

Came here to say this - try another supported charging cable/plug. 45w is the dealio.

 I have exactly the same problem. This problem started last week.

as i was told is a issue with the charging port and board my phone will be repaired under warranty

new charging port didnt fix the issue my phone will need a new motherboard
