Samsung s24 ultra hang and automatically restarted

I was on a video call on whatsapp and my phone suddenly hang and then it restarted automatically 

Plus some times when i type anything on keypad

After i have typed the word there is a lag in typing as well

Some times but why the f is this happning with this new phone

Today when i opened this app this notification showed can you tell me what it is

There could be a glitch happening in your phone. 

Some people who used Samsung SmartSwitch to move across their data from their old phone to the new one can occasionally experience issues. 

Please try these troubleshooting steps  >

• 1. Clear Cache Files from the phone's System Partition Section  > https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-do-i-clear-the-cache-on-my-device/ You may need to insert your earphones or hook upto a powered On Laptop or use a Tv's USB Port to access the Clear Partition Section. This may help with lag or stutters as this clears the phone of old/unused or broken cache files.There is also a Repair Apps option in the Menu System too { Possibly excluding the s²⁴ Series of phone's } 
• 2. Safe Mode  > https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-to-start-my-galaxy-device-in-safe-mode/ turns off downloaded apps and themes etc which may highlight an app or theme that's causing conflict. Alternatively long press the power off button and then long hold on Turn Off to get to Safe Mode. 
• 3. As a very last resort back up and factory reset.

Hey i also have the same issue. Everytime i watch video on any platform there's a glitch on the video and then my phone hang and then restart automatically.
