My S24 Ultra was charging without any problem in the first two months, but now it has been two weeks that the same charger does not charge my phone in any way.
I disabled the fast charging option to see if it does normal charging as well, but I saw that it does not charge at all.
I took the charger to the dealer from whom I had a warranty, they changed it and gave me a new charger. I hit the phone right there and it didn't charge at all. Bringing another S24 Ultra phone to the same charger, it charged instantly.
How is it possible that my S24 Ultra phone, which I bought less than 2 months ago, has a problem so soon?
Even today, I backed up the entire phone, did a factory reset, but it still doesn't charge at all. Of course, it charges with the same 45-watt charger, and when I connect it to the original Xiaomi 35-watt charger, it charges.
I connect my phone to my gaming laptop and it charges.
I charge other phones to that S24 charger as well. Both charger and cable are original with warranty.
is there any hidden ussd code to check battery phone, or Is there another way that I have not done?

Sorry, I don't understand what you mean by brick fault

Now, let me tell you a funny thing that the phone is fast charged through the C-type port of my gaming laptop, whether with an original cable or a non-original one.
It means that there is no problem with the charger or the phone. The charger is also new because I replaced it under warranty, but the phone does not charge at all with the same cables and the new charger.

For solving this equation, where all the unknowns are completely clear and transparent, whoever can solve it, Samsung should give him a prize.

i don't think Because the same charger charges other phones, even another S24 phone was charged with the same charger at the dealership.
My S24 phone is charged both with a weaker 35W Xiaomi charger and with my gaming laptop. It says again that the problem is with the charger? It doesn't make sense

Well, it has been tested with two original chargers. A charger that was the original charger that I bought when I bought the phone and I used to charge the phone with the same charger and original cable for two months, and now, two weeks ago, I received a new charger from the dealer and I am testing it.
If I was sure that the phone had a problem, I would definitely tell the dealer to replace the phone for me, but now I am confused.
And now I am charging my phone with a weaker 35W charger, I am afraid that it will damage my phone's battery in the future.

@Reylob
Hi
Is it possible to review my problem and let me know if something comes to your mind?

If you do a full factory reset there is no point on clearing the cache partition.
