S24 Ultra can't update One UI

On android 14 and one UI 6.1 

My phone says it's up to date so does smart switch... What do I do?

@DC40987: Are you currently inside the region where the phone was intended to be used? Please note that compatibility issues with software updates can arise in these instances due to software variances that exist in our phones from country to country, and this may be why you are unable to update your S24 Ultra.

Do you have an EE sim card in the phone?

Erm, usually this issue is caused by a mismatch of a sim or the wrong country. But with you, everything matches.

Only idea I have is an emergency software recovery, but that's a last resort and wipes all data. See if someone else has a decent idea
