I have an issue that has baffled Vodafone and Samsung and I wonder if any tech supremo's can hopefully shed some light on this matter. Whilst on a call on my S24 Ultra and I get a call waiting, the waiting call overrides the live call and then disconnects it. This happens despite toggling call waiting off in supplementary services. If I put the same sim into my Iphone 15 pro there is no such issue. If I put a secondary vodafone sim into the S24 ultra, again that is fine too. So is it possible that the behaviour of a sim card can affect the function of my phone. I have also had the sim replaced but the problem persists. It is an insidious matter indeed. Any help would be most appreciated as I prefer my S24 Ultra over the Iphone.
