S24-Ultra - Call screen display issue

Hello!

I recently noticed that whenever I'm making a call, a small, vertical rectangle appears in the form of dimly lit pixels for a second or two and goes away. It's only happening in the phones original "phone" app. I tried screen-recording it but it unfortunately doesn't show up there. Took a few hundred screenshots in hopes of capturing it to share but failed. Weirdly enough, if I take a screenshot of the call screen and view it when making a call, I can see that rectangle in the same spot. Any help would be appreciated as this is worrying me. 😞

You don't say if this is occurring on your nav bar or main body of screen.

Could be a 3rd party social media or messaging app causing it. Try the phone in safe mode and see if it's still happening.

To rule out any 3rd party apps or customisations that might be causing your issues, please boot to Safe Mode.

To get to Safe Mode - Long press Power button, long press Power off icon, tap Safe mode icon. (When booted into Safe mode you may need to turn off flight mode as it sometimes enables itself). Monitor your devices behaviour. If the issue is fixed, then you know it's one of your 3rd party apps or customisations that were the culprit. It's then up to you to determine which one by a process of elimination.

Hello, thank you for your response!

If I make/receive a call and go to any screen, it occurs on the same spot. I've tested this in safe mode as well, still happened. Does not occur if I make a call using any other application, just the original phone app, unfortunately.

This is the reply I got, tried doing it but can't turn on the silent log because it's not allowed for commercial units.
