I recently got the s24 (probably at least a month) and this is the second charging block that's done this it appears to be over heating looks like it's melting and becoming brittle when I got the phone I had an otterbox charging block that worked just fine for my 22 but just out of no where I noticed it destroyed melting it appeared and it became very brittle so I bought an actual samsung one figured that couldn't happen again well it looks like it is melting and breaking all over what can I do about this? (Also sorry about the giant run on rant/question)

I would return the phone and see if it happens with a new handset.

Are you able to take it back to the merchant who supplied this, and ask for support @Jake r

You can also speaknwith Samsung via their Live Chat or by calling them.

If i can be of any further help please don't hesitate to ask  😎

The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.
I'm here to help. " This is the way. "

My only problem is the phone itself is performing amazingly I've had almost no issues with it and the battery duration is amazing

You hope. Using 3rd party chargers can void your warranty. Be careful.
