S24 Ultra AOD clock issue

Hi folks. I have an issue with the AOD clock on S24 Ultra. There are no clock options and I can't control the AOD clock brightness. Not great. On my S23 Ultra the version is 8.5.66. On S24 Ultra it's 8.7.96.13. A real downgrade. Can't see it at night. Any fix or am I the only one?

yes I love it I finally got my s 24 ultra I like the wallpaper in AOD you can change clock number style and color and nice widgets in 14 ui 6.1 I noticed it in the February 2024 update a huge camera update too and found out how to change clock options go to settings wallpaper set it click the clock and you can change clock options and color im still learning this from a hate to say a iPhone 15 pro max glad I updated to a samsung s 24 ultra titanium blue 1 tb unlocked wow such a better camera and much more but try them settings YOU CAN CHANGE CLOCK OPTIONS..ya they copied apple but so what, apple has copied samsung for years its Samsuns turn I love it..great job Sammy

yep your so correct thank you so much I finally changed color and number style and widgets too looks awesome..thanks Roob26 awesome..😉 and the February update for the camera I was amazed glad I sold my iPhone 15 pro max sorry apple but found a REAL device my s 24 ultra 1 tb titanium blue unlocked.. solid as a rock the king was born s 24 ultra!!!!

You are absolutely correct.  They not only removed the brightness option,  they removed the "Image clock" option, where you could apply stickers, air emoji's, and Bitmoji's.

All of those features were under the "Clock Style" option inside the AOD menu.  That submenu is gone now. 

I agree, the more they take customizations away, the more they reduce my reasons for buying Samsung phones.  I specifically love Samsung phones because of the huge variety of customizations, otherwise, it would be as basic as an iPhone. 

I don't like iPhone because they're so limited. 

I really wish Samsung wouldn't remove these types of customizations. 

I wonder if they poll the public before they put these changes into affect.

My S23 Ultra has the same problem. It came with the release

Anyone else got the problem, where if you go to Settings>Display>Screen Saver - Clock is not an option? I'm currently watchin a tips vid on YT an he has clock in there, I have None, Colours, Photo Frame, Photo Table & Photos but no clock? *Galaxy S24 Ultra.

S24+ same, I have no clock option.  I got AOD to work by using the wallpaper settings but it dims in the dark which defeats the purpose and I can't find a fix for it.

I turned off the wallpaper feature and the clock and fingerprint icon brightened up considerably. With the wallpaper checked to on its very dim and washed out.
