Welcome to the UK / Eu section of the Samsung Community Forum 👍
A bit of advice I was given was "Phones do not latch onto the strongest signal. They follow the network assigned procedure, hence why it's not uncommon to be connected to a weaker signal than is strictly available "
What did the Samsung Service Centre advise 🤔
Run the diagnostic test tool found in your Samsung Members App too please.
Also do please try the troubleshooting steps provided by @Glenntech
If i can be of any further help please don't hesitate to ask 😎

The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.

For what it's worth, I also live in the Netherlands and I normally have no problems. There is one street in Den Bosch where the signal is low but for the rest, I have no complaints.
I also use an eSIM and do not have a physical SIM in my phone.

S24 and S24+ are Exynos. The S24 Ultra is the only SD in the Europe.

Samsung service center first completely reset my phone and then even replaced the motherboard but the issue remains...
