The mobile Internet constantly turns off, the device constantly needs to be rebooted, nothing helps. raw s...t and not a phone. Samsung.com what should I do with this ???

That's true I was so excited to get s24 plus and having the same problem since started yesterday 🙃

Can you please try the troubleshooting suggestions below

● Reset Settings

Settings>general management >reset>reset all settings

● Safe mode

To rule out any 3rd party apps or customisations that might be causing your issues please boot to Safe Mode.

To get to Safe Mode - Long press Power button, long press Power off icon, tap Safe mode icon. (When booted into Safe mode you may need to turn off flight mode as it sometimes enables itself). Monitor your devices behaviour. If the issue is fixed then you know it's one of your 3rd party apps or customisations that were the culprit. It's then up to you to determine which one by a process of elimination.

● Hard reset

With the device powered up, Hold the Volume down button and Power button simultaneously for 10 seconds. The screen will go off. Continue to hold buttons until the device vibrates and the Samsung logo appears. Release buttons. Device will reboot. Once done, please check if the issue is resolved.

● Cache partition wipe

Plug into a working PC or laptop or other Samsung device

If all above fails, then consider full factory reset. Back up your device first.

nothing has helped this sad piece of s...t, this is the worst purchase in the last few years. Do not buy this, do not take it even for free, it is useless

Sorry to hear that.

Have a look below and check that everything in there is NOT configured so as to interfere with your mobile data connection
Settings>Connections >Data usage.

Also,
Check your SIM manager and see if your eSIM is set up properly. Ensure Mobile Data is set to your eSIM under 'Preferred SIMs'

everything is done correctly, there is internet and even 5g only until the moment you use the phone, as soon as you don't use it it "falls asleep" and you can wake it up either by rebooting or by flight mode
