The mobile Internet constantly turns off, the device constantly needs to be rebooted, nothing helps. raw s...t and not a phone. Samsung.com what should I do with this ???

Changing the SIM card did not help, on another 5g phone there is no internet at all, although the 4g+ icon. no words

Hmm in that case it sounds like it could be a network/SIM related issue, if your SIM isn't working in another device (provided it's not carrier locked to a different carrier) I'd contact your network provider as they may be able to change settings on there side or send you a new SIM

I changed providers and now I have esim but the problem is still the same. so it's unlikely

Yes. This is sim free smartphone

I see, Id still recommend contacting your network provider as it may be an issue their side, it's unlikely that the ESIM wouldn't work on two different phones, it may not be configured properly on their side.
