Help! My partner has an S24. On return home the S24 sucks all bandwidth from our home broadband. Unfortunately being rural our max speed is 13mb/s. The S24 takes 12Mb/s meaning the broadband is unusable. This also occurs if it is logged in to friends networks. Occasionally this stops but then randomly starts again. Currently the only solution is to turn off the phone WiFi. BUT being rural we rely on WiFi calling as there is no signal!! I have tried to turn of any auto backups etc. but I'm obviously missing something.
Three questions:
1. Is there any way of throttling how much bandwidth the phone can take?
2. What might be taking the bandwidth (backups etc.)?
3. Any other solutions?
TIA

After this, you should see developer options at the bottom. Scroll until you find "Network download rate limit" and then change it accordingly.

You could also see if you have any options under your WiFi router to limit bandwidth for devices.
