Hello Samsung!
I live in Europe currently in Amsterdam and I have a physical sim card in S24+. I'm soon to move to France and so I got an e-sim on S24+. Both sim are turned on with the physical sim as the default sim for now (until I move). I noticed that I cannot make ANY phone calls from my dutch physical sim card *default), the phone call will cut off after 1 minute. The person I'm calling cannot hear me. When someone calls me on my dutch physical sim card, the conversation only lasts up to 1 minute. HOWEVER, if I were to do any of the above with the e-sim, it works great.
Please note that even if I turned off my e-sim card, I still cannot call/receive call with the dutch physical card, same thing happens. It makes no difference.
Is there a way to fix this? I dont understand why it's happening? No issue with data, I get mobile data on both cards.
Thanks!
