Hi! Welcome to the Samsung Members community!
Have you taken any troubleshooting steps? Swapped SIMs—same issue on SIM 1? Attempted the SIM in another device, etc.?
If it's not the slot and that particular SIM, you may have to contact your provider for a replacement.
Maybe attempt a soft reboot?
Go to Samsung Members > Support > Diagnostics.

I have tried restarting the device and resetting network settings as well. I attempted to swap sim between Sim slots 1 and 2. The sim on slot 1 is not working irrespective of the sim.

If you take out one of the Sims and only have one in SIM 1 does it work or show no sim completely?
