There have some debate about upgrading from S23 Ultra to S24 Ultra.
GSM arena had an interesting comparison.
The S24 Ultra edges the S23 Ultra, but not by huge margins. As said before, upgrade is not a matter of need, but want.
I am sure both phone will be quite technologically adequate for a few years to come.

Totally agree @Reylob
For me the change to the flat screen and more boxy design along with the next new Qualcomm Snapdragon Soc clinched it for me along with other enhancements.
Did I need a new phone ? No.
My Samsung Galaxy s²² Ultra and Samsung Galaxy s²³ Ultra are in pristine condition and work perfectly.
Daily Driver > Samsung Galaxy s²⁵ Ultra 512Gb ~ Titanium Black.

Whilst this would have basically been my impression , nonetheless always good to see some detailed analysis. Whilst the S24 Ultra may be be better the demand has been a fair bit to do witrh the desire to have the latest and best handset,design/Aesthetics playing a part. The marketing /media also created a lot of hype.
I do not work for Samsung or make Samsung Products but provide independent advice and valuable contributions.
