Please help, gap is so small I can even fit paper between it. My only plausible solution is to drill a small hole in the old S23 S pen and use that as leverage to pull it out.

Why did you put your s23 Pen in the S24?

My son has a habit of taking them out of our phones and drawing on the screen, put it back on the wrong phone. I've just only noticed it while I was at work.

Anyway, regardless of how it happened, all previous phones didn't have an issue with mixing pens. What a bad design from Samsung.

You may need a Samsung Service Centre or Samsung Experience Store to resolve this.

Don't force the sPen or you could damage the sPen contacts inside the silo it slides into @Hudz

The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.

Force it out, you mean? It's the top head that keeps larger than the entry point, I have no idea how he managed it lol.

Yeah you could cause damage thus a more costly resolution @Hudz

Hey there

Sorry to hear of your issues here.

S-Pen should only be inserted in the device it was made for. They are not interchangeable.

But as you say, you are where you are so totally agree with @BandOfBrothers in that this is a job for the Samsung team to fix which will come at a cost.

I've drilled the top clicky button to make a hole so enough to have leverage to pull it out. I purchased another genuin used s23U SPen to replace that one.

Mine got stuck too , I used a very strong double sided tape, stuck it to the wall and put the pens bit on it to take it out
