Returning S24 Ultra due to display color issues

The most discussed and frustrated part on S24 Ultra is that display colors seems to be dull. The lack of vibrant colors is clearly visible, even when compared with my S21 Ultra. Even many people said that there S10+ display colors looks much better than S24 Ultra. 
Some have suggested few solutions that improved it a bit, but for most of us those solutions didn't work or not improved it to a level where it's noticed. 
Initially Samsung team acknowledged that they are looking into it and a software update might fix it. But now, they have changed their stance and saying that users have to use various display options available in the settings to adjust the colors to their liking. Being a Samsung ecosystem owner (Buds 2 Pro, Watch 5, S21 Ultra), this is not acceptable to me, and I'm sure it won't be acceptable to many others. I am returning my S24 Ultra. This is the only way to let Samsung listen to this issue and resolve it in an acceptable way. We can only make them listen via our wallets.

Most likely they will do something to make it better due to the magnitude of this issue but it will probably be akin to boosting contrast by the screen by a small margin not enough to degrade battery life significantly and it will only correct the issue by a small amount

I just got my new S24 ultra and I have to say that this is the worst experience that I ever have with a screen on a Samsung device. I'm coming from a Note 9 and looking at the screens side by side I can confirm that is not just the dull colors. The whites aren't really white on the new S24 Ultra compared to my old Note . It's unbelievable that Samsung has got so low on the screen (Image) quality. I keep reading that they are starting this was intentional but I found that hard to believe because it's impossible that this awful screen tonality could have been approved by the quality department after all the great visual experiences that they have released on previous versions.

Just chiming back. First I realize This is the EU community and i'm from the US so i apologize for being in the wrong spot! But just wanted to reply to say my phone is on its way back to samsung for my full refund. Even if they come out tomorrow and acknowledge the issue and say they will fix it, how they've handled it up to this point has not been encouraging and actually kind of disgraceful imo. Not to mention how did all these reviewers never mention this.. I suspect some major payoff or contractual obligations are in place, which would mean shady practices.. I'm sure I'm wrong fine.. but something doesn't add up here.  Glad to be out of the clutches of samsung though. Best wishes to those of you who choose to bear the storm hoping for a fix!

I saw this.. I cant believe their video driver would be this messed up if previous phones didnt have this issue.. But i'll be curious to see if this is truely the issue.. is samsung trying to fake brightness by using the other colors to pump it? Either way. I dont regret sending mine back. Clearly they didnt think this out or care about the situation. No way they couldn't see this coming and my 2 week return window will be expired before they release any patch oh well. Like i said they wont miss my money.

I thought I was the only one, colors are so pale even my instagram feed looks way colorfully on my old s22 ultra than s24 ultra... I will bring back to see if they have a solution

I just switched from s21 ultra to the s24 ultra. It's a very disappointing  experience with the colours. Atleast you should have given me an option to have more vivid colour. All my excitement when I turned on the phone went down, and was checking if I was sold a fake. Please atleast give an option for getting vivid colour scheme.
