Hi @Smithy71

May I ask why you think this needs to be removed from the phone tonbe able to sell it 🤔

Knox MDM if this is what you also mean is baked in so isn't able to be removed.

Daily Driver > Samsung Galaxy s²⁵ Ultra 512Gb ~ Titanium Black.

The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.
I'm here to help. " This is the way. "

To remove mobile device management (MDM) from a Samsung phone, you can try the following steps:

Go to Settings

Navigate to Security

Select Device Administrator and disable it

Go to Applications

Select ManageEngine Mobile Device Manager Plus and Uninstall the MDM agent

If the MDM agent app is hidden, you might not be able to uninstall it using these steps. You can try unhiding the app and then removing it.

You can also remove a work profile from an Android device:

Go to Settings

Tap Passwords and accounts

Tap the Work tab
Tap Remove Work Profile
Tap Delete to confirm

Deleting a work profile does not delete anything outside of the profile, such as non-work-related files, apps, and content.

Hi there 👋

Uninstall the MDM agent
Go to Settings, then Security, then Device Administrator and disable it. Then, go to Applications, select ManageEngine Mobile Device Manager Plus, and uninstall it.
Disable the Company Portal app Sign in to the Company Portal, tap the main menu, tap Remove Company Portal, and tap OK.
Turn off mobile management in the Google Admin console
Sign in to the Google Admin console using an administrator account, then go to Menu > Devices > Mobile & endpoints Settings > Universal > General > Mobile management. Select Turn off mobile management to disable management for all devices, or select Custom to disable it for certain devices.

The question is why there is such active presence of MDM enabled activities on personal Samsung devices bought brand new at reputable stores? My Samsung devices are under  extended device policies with KGClient acting as device administrator, managed and clone profiles installed, managed provisioning etc... and other hidden device admin app like Device Services, HiddenMenu etc...
