An issue I encountered registering my S24Ultra incase anyone is having similar issues?
I am trying to register my S24Ultra device/product via the Shop App. As you can see, it is saying my IMEI number is not correct.
First pic shows the shop app. Second picture is via website.
I have:
Copied and pasted both IMEI numbers available.
Typed both IMEI numbers availalble
Typed up to 11 numbers only. Typed the full 15 number.
Tried to register via website which also did not recognise my device so I had to upload proof of purchase and warranty status is under review. I am awaiting an outcome.
