So recently my battery has been worse than usual. So one day, I yesterday I checked my expected battery life and it said 22 hours. Today, I checked this number and it is now saying 16 hours even though I haven't changed a single setting. This is the expected battery life when I am fully charged.

Can you check the apps in the device care battery analysis and see what is causing the biggest battery use.

Additionally check the screen on and screen off times over the next day or two and see what kind of time you are getting.

You may have a rogue application causing some battery drain.

Perhaps screen brightness, 5G is on the fringe of connection, WiFi is in and out, or something else is causing some battery drain.

I would do this diligence first, and then you could attempt to clear the cache memory to see if that helps.

Hello 👋 @yoda135

Sometimes an app can go rogue and cause issues.

Use Safe Mode >

Safe Mode  https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-to-start-my-galaxy-device-in-safe-mode/ turns off downloaded apps and themes etc which may highlight an app or theme that's causing conflict. Alternatively long press the power off button and then long hold on Turn Off to get to Safe Mode.

To clear the phone's System Partition Cache Files Section >

  • Clear Cache Files from the phone's System Partition Section  > https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-do-i-clear-the-cache-on-my-device/ You may need to insert your earphones or hook upto a powered On Laptop or use a Tv's USB Port to access the Clear Partition Section. This may help with lag or stutters as this clears the phone of old/unused or broken cache files.There is also a Repair Apps option in the Menu System too { Possibly excluding the s²⁴ Series of phone's }

Let us know how you get on please.

Daily Driver > Samsung Galaxy s²⁵ Ultra 512Gb ~ Titanium Black.

The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.

I would also close all apps, check for any firmware updates or app updates and check your Bluetooth isn't connected to something continually by accident like earbuds that weren't seated properly in the case.
