Random Voice Notifications on Galaxy s24 Ultra

Hello friends,

Lately, I've been receiving voice notifications that say, "The connection to the internet is not available. The connection is now available," as well as similar messages about GPS services. These notifications appear randomly and sometimes interrupt my meetings. I've tried turning off notifications in the settings, but nothing seems to work. I would appreciate any suggestions for a solution. Thanks! #s24ultra

I've never had a " voice notification " to tell me of this. 

I'm wondering if this maybe network based communication.

@Avi1963: If you tap the Recents button in your Navigation Bar (3 vertical lines at the bottom of the screen), do you have any apps open which might account for the messages you're hearing, such as Google Maps, or an app with it's own integrated voice assistant?
