I bought a new s24fe this week. I've found that sometimes when I open the phone the chrome lock screen appears before I have a chance to do anything. When I tap in my code it disappears. It also randomly appears when I'm looking at other apps. I've cleared the cache and when I do a restart it doesn't do it for a while but then it starts again for no reason. Can anyone help please?
That's the antivirus program so it's asking you to enter password in order to continue whatever you doing as its for security purposes so in order to get rid of it just uninstall app itself or disable it unless you paying subscription then I should contact them and cancel subscription and then delete app. It's nothing wrong it's just asking you to enter pin so they know it's you using phone, you probably could find in app settings how often you want to enter pin or disable it in app
I do pay a subscription. I only enter the pin for an app that I want to open, unfortunately this Google app is appearing without me selecting it, it appears as soon as I unlock my phone, I don't want it to appear but it does.
Just thought I'd let you know, the Norton applock has been discontinued, so the one I have isn't being supported any more and is obviously playing up. I've uninstalled it and the problem has stopped. I've installed a new app lock app and it's working well. Thanks again 👍
