Problems with camera....motion picture and zooms

I just purchased my Galaxy 24 and with the problems with the camera I am considering returning it.  I have two problems and have not been able to find any information.

#1  Somehow the picture motion was turned on so I now have several pictures with motion picture. I did find how to turn off the motion picture, but cannot find how to remove it from my pictures.  This was easy to do on my Galaxy 20.

#2  I find when I try to zoom in when taking a picture, the screen goes black. What is going on? I was at a concert and wanted to zoom, but kept getting black screen.  I must be doing something wrong as the Galaxy 24 camera is supposed to be real good for zooming. That is one of the reasons I purchased this phone.

Thanks for your help. I need to return the phone by Feb 26 if I am returning it.

Adding to K Dimov's reply above, are you sure all your camera lenses are clear and not covered? I'm assuming you've already checked that but just in case. I'm assuming it's when the camera switches to a different lenses that it becomes black?

I just learned that an update will be issued that will allow you to delete motion from photos.  Thanks for your help folks.

Hey there,

#1 For the motion pictures, try to remaster them - it will save them as a normal (non-motion) pic. This should sort out the ones you shot while the feature was on

#2 Here, unfortunately, I would see if this issue is present in different conditions. If it is, then try to factory reset the phone. ** DO NOT FORGET TO BACKUP YOUR DATA ** If the issue persists, take a video with another phone if possible as proof and return it.
